I began my consulting career in Healthcare and Social organizations in 2012, gaining invaluable organizational expertise at a boutique management consulting firm in Paris - before joining Ernst and Young for several years. More recently, I worked closely with a global CEO in Zürich, within his Chief of Staff Office.

I have visited and assessed nearly 100 organizations, using a most reliable and comprehensive framework. In doing so, I have built a robust benchmark and know-how for myself. I have also led transformational mandates for most of my career, in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors - with method, co-creation, and project rigour.

Today, I transfer my greatest understanding of organizations to leaders, and empower them to sustainably navigate, implement change and cater to their transformational needs.

I perform mandates in English or French. 
Based in Zürich, Switzerland, the main area of service is Switzerland. However, I am mobile in other countries in Europe and beyond. 
Typically, the interventions by your side last between 3 to 6 months.

  1. Discovery. First, I listen to you in a discovery call where your needs are explained and your organization quickly described. Additional contacts can be needed, in case of additional questions.
  2. Proposal. These introductory talks enable me to draft a proposal including the methodology of intervention as well as a budget estimate. I plan a proper meeting with you to present both vision and methodology.
  3. Kick-off. We start the mandate in a kick-off meeting where we go through the methodology in detail, including timeline, necessary ressources (documents, time for interviews, etc.), communication, and expected deliverables. This step, is probably the most demanding for you as it triggers documentation gathering as well as internal organization to free employees for interviews. I can help you in the process.
  4. Governance routine. Our joint project needs a number of intermediary meetings and/or touchpoints. They help us make sure communication is fluent, timeline is respected, risks and issues are mitigated, and quality standards are preserved.
  5. Methodology deployment. We are all set to deploy the methodology, phase after phase, according to timeline, ressources and deliverable expectations. My proven methodologies have their perks: communication with teams and change management are built-in!
  6. Delivery, closure & further needs. In a final meeting, following the final deliverables hand-over, we validate the completion of the mandate. At that time, further needs of assistance will probably already be identified and formulated during the encounter.
